However, to provide services related to the purchase of goods presented in our online store, we need your contact details so that we can call you, confirm the order, and deliver the ordered goods to you.    3. The Heaven website does not collect users’ IP addresses.

   1. The Heaven website collects and stores only the personal data necessary for providing services for the sale and delivery of the goods ordered by you.
   2. The Heaven website collects data to communicate with the user, including sending notifications about the provision of services, informing the user about the availability of goods, confirming the order, delivering the goods ordered by the user, for the courier service to contact the user, and for processing requests and applications from the user.
4. Conditions for Providing Access to the Database
   1. We do not transfer the user’s personal data to third parties, except in cases defined by the laws of Ukraine.
   2. The disclosure of the user’s personal data is carried out when the user orders goods on the Heaven website only to the extent necessary to identify the user and their order and only to the employees of the store who have the right to process users’ personal data.
5. Protection of Collected Information
   1. We take all necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures and precautions to protect the confidentiality of users’ data. Only those Heaven website employees who need to perform work functions that require access to users’ personal data have access to information about users. All employees who have access to information about users have signed a non-disclosure agreement regarding user information to third parties.
6. Changes to the Privacy Policy
